General Orders

  • Come in and see what we have in stock!

  • We ask that you walk around and know exactly what you need before finding an employee in our yard to load you.

  • Carts are available to pick out smaller plant material. For any larger trees and large quantities of material, you will be assisted by one of our employees with machinery.

  • One of our employees will explain our price code to you. Pricing information is for landscapers only. No exceptions!

  • If all of our employees are busy assisting other customers, please stand by your truck and they will be with you as soon as they can. If you do not see anyone in the yard, someone from the front office will radio for help.

  • Once your order is written up by one of our employees in the yard, you will bring this ticket into the front office. Once payment is received, you will show your ticket to the person assisting you in loading your truck.

  • Material placed on a pallet in our sold area must be picked up within the week.


New Customers

New customers must present proof to show that you are actively in the landscape or construction industry, such as a Tax ID form.

 

 Special Orders

  • Before placing an order, check our yard for availability.

  • Special orders can be texted to 516-313-5056, or written up and handed to someone in the front office. Please include the name of the business along with the description, quantity and size of the plant you are looking for.

  • We only give pricing to well established customers over the phone.

  • Sod must be ordered by 1pm the day before pickup in person or by calling 516-354-2484. Orders are to be placed with the front office. If you do not have a charge account with us, sod must be paid for in full before the order is placed.

  • Landscape companies sending employees in for order pick up must send in a list of materials being purchased. Orders that have been paid for in advance will have a copy of the invoice in the front office.


Homeowners

Homeowners must be accompanied by their landscaper. Due to the nature of the business, we must focus our resources on getting our frequent customers with accounts in and out of the yard in as timely a manner as possible.
